Week 55: Car Fast

We'll the highlight of this week was definitely going on exchanges with my trainer, Elder Etheridge. We both got to talk about cars and music again and that was nice. It's starting to heat up slowly so not looking forward to sweating to death in about a month here.

On Friday we had a "Car Fast" in the zone. Basically it meant a lot of walking everywhere. Didn't help that we live a mile out of our area. Luckily it wasn't too hot an I actually enjoyed being out on foot for a day. We had a lot of time to talk so we chatted a lot about life and such. We had a lesson with a lady in the ward that just lost her husband. She's like an active, less active member so the ward council wants us to practice lessons with her. Our Ward Mission Leader came with us Friday morning. She likes to talk but I like to listen so I enjoyed my time there.

We were able to meet with our YSA investigator, Jeremy, again. We brought a YSA member that had just gotten back from his mission so that was pretty fun!  We also got to meet with Isaac and Isaac and talk a little bit about the Plan of Salvation, specifically about where we came from and how much God loves us.

Today we're getting together with the zone so don't have too much time to write.

Love you all!

We were in Fontana so we went to Villa Villa which a bunch of people rave about. This was out front so naturally we had to take a picture.
This is what tracting looks like when we're both car people and inspect people's rides, Elder Etheridge was checking to see if it was four wheel drive.
A palm tree to remind us that anything is possible.
